The convenience of the M7 right at your front door made the Australand Winston Hills property highly sought after for businesses needing easy access in and out.

This convenience, the large space and sustainable design practices of Australand were all considerations in the tenancy of Toshiba and Australian Geographic Retail distribution centre. Toshiba has signed up for 15 years and Australian Geographic is currently undertaking the large job of shifting to the new premises.

Winston Hills is Wallandra’s first in a recent trilogy of projects with Australand. Wallandra was able to provide Australand a competitive package, and having worked together previously, had the track record to deliver accurately under tight time constraints. The 13,000 m2 floorspace included 300 tonnes of structural steel, supplied by Wallandra. For more information on this project
