Stage 2 of the Mileham Street construction project is now complete, with Wallandra supplying and erecting over 22 tonnes of structural steel for the development of 12 industrial units. The final phase of of the Windsor based project is now underway and once complete, will comprise of 31 units in total.
Wallandra was commissioned to provide a complete Design and Construct (D&C) Building Solution for the development of this hay shed, situated in Orton Park, NSW. This included the submission of paperwork for the Development Application (DA) and Construction Certificate (CC), structural engineering, supply and erection of structural steel, roofing, cladding and project management.
The hay shed has been designed and constructed to provide the best possible storage solution for hay dry matter retention following harvest. The incorporation of gutters, sufficient drainage and 3 walls provides maximum protection from the rain and pooling water. The 8m wide bays also allow for multi-purpose usage; providing the ability for our client to store machinery and other equipment when the shed is not being used for hay storage.
From concept to completion; Wallandra was commissioned to provide a full design and construct building solution for the development of this new shearing shed for Tuglow Sheep Station, situated in Ginkin, NSW. Spanning 1,000m2 at an elevation of 1,200m; the structural steel building facilitates the ability to shear over 5,000 sheep, along with allowing for sorting, wool storage and undercover loading facilities.
Located in Wetherill Park, NSW; Nick Scali Furniture’s 20,000sqm purpose-built development by Frasers property, is the company’s new furniture distribution centre and forms part of Frasers’ new Horsley Drive Business Park industrial estate.
Due to our long-standing relationship with Frasers Property, Wallandra was engaged to fabricate and erect over 300 tonnes of structural steel for the office-warehouse facility including the fabrication and installation of 9 staircases for various areas of the industrial property.
The premier industrial estate is ideally situated in what is a vibrant and fast growing area of Western Sydney, with access to primary motorways and large, experienced workforce.
Wallandra’s long-standing relationship with Realta has seen a number of D&C building projects completed across NSW.
The company’s PrixCar development; situated in Kembla Grange, includes 10,000sqm of warehouse and office space. The project scope included engineering, steelwork, precast roofing and cladding, windows, rollers doors, PA doors and concrete slab.
The development is comprised of 150 tonnes of structural steel and load bearing, full height precast concrete walls.
